Nano-colloidal formulas.
Zero CapEx.
Offer your clients true nano-colloidal formulas on exactly the equipment you already run. NanoBase™ arrives with its nanoscale structure built and DLS-characterised, so your team completes client formulas at room temperature with standard, low-shear mixing.
- Equipment
- The mixers and vessels you already run
- Process
- Room temperature, low-shear mixing
- Emulsifier selection
- None: built into the Architecture
- Nano equipment
- None to buy, validate or staff
- Size QC downstream
- None: ~185 nm characterised upstream
- Every lot
- TDS, SDS, CoA and a DLS report
Two ways to put a nano product on your clients' shelves.
Own the whole process, own every problem
- Buy, validate and maintain nano-processing equipment
- Stand up particle-size instrumentation and the staff to run it
- Develop and defend your own size distribution, batch after batch
- A long capital and validation timeline before the first sellable run
- Each new active can send you back to reworking the process
The structure arrives finished
- Standard equipment and room-temperature mixing: nothing new to buy
- ~185 nm engineered and DLS-characterised upstream, before you receive it
- No emulsifier to select or balance for each client formula
- Actives placed by TDA Logic, checked with the Loader before bench work
- No MOQ for R&D; first production runs from 50 kg
Ordinary cosmetic manufacturing.
The nanoscale engineering is done in our lab, upstream. What arrives at your facility is a characterised base to formulate on, not a process to reproduce.
Run the client's ingredient list through the NanoBase™ Loader: domain, pH, salt and cationic flags per ingredient.
It makes up most of the finished formula. Your team adds the client's actives and texture ingredients.
Standard mixers at room temperature. No heat-and-hold emulsification step and no high-shear homogenising.
Confirm the finished formula sits in the Architecture's pH window, then fill on your existing line.
See your NanoBase™ cost per unit.
Pick your partnership tier, product size, batch and the share of NanoBase™ in the formula. You will see the NanoBase™ cost for the run and the NanoBase™ cost carried in each unit.
Priced at your order's volume level from the March 2026 schedule. The whole order takes the per-liter rate of the highest volume tier it reaches, so smaller runs cost more per liter. This is the NanoBase™ Architecture only, not finished-goods manufacturing, filling, packaging, shipping or hazmat. Custom volumes and regional exclusivity on request; book a call for a firm quote.

Made in our own facility. Characterised in our own lab.
Support that helps you win the brief.
Compatibility before bench work
The free Loader and the NanoBase™ API check each ingredient's domain, pH, salt and cationic flags. The lab confirms.
The lab can design it for you
Bring us a client brief and the TDA Logic lab designs the formula on NanoBase™ for you to manufacture, under NDA.
INCI label support
INCI labelling support for finished formulas built on NanoBase™.
The formula is yours
Finished formulas belong to their owner under our Terms. Only how NanoBase™ itself is made stays proprietary to us.
Straight answers.
Do we need any new equipment?
No. NanoBase™ is completed at room temperature with the standard mixers and vessels you already run. There is no nano-processing equipment and no particle-size instrumentation to buy downstream.
What formats can we make?
Leave-on creams, lotions, serums, gels and mists. Solid and wax-based formats are outside its scope.
What about ingredients that normally need a heated phase?
They are pre-dissolved following the lab's handling notes before they go in, so the batch itself stays at room temperature. Avoid high-shear homogenising.
Do we select an emulsifier?
No. On NanoBase™, the first Architecture engineered to TDA Logic, the emulsification is already built in, so no emulsifier is selected for each client formula. What is TDA Logic →
What is the minimum order?
No minimum to begin R&D. Production runs start from 50 kg, and volume pricing follows the tiers in the cost calculator above.
Is nanomaterial labelling required?
The EU defines a cosmetic nanomaterial as insoluble or biopersistent, intentionally manufactured, and 1 to 100 nm in size. NanoBase™ is designed as soluble, self-assembled colloidal domains, not an insoluble or biopersistent material, so it is designed to fall outside that definition. The brand's safety assessor confirms the status of each finished product, and we supply a nano-status statement under NDA.
Can we try it before committing?
Yes. Request samples with the TDS, SDS and CoA, and run your client's ingredient list through the NanoBase™ Loader first.
Request supply.
Tell us your volumes and what you need: samples and documents, a volume quote, or a formula designed for a client.
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry. Please don't send confidential formula details until a mutual NDA is in place. See our Privacy Policy.
