Engineered for maximum formulation flexibility, it is pre-emulsified at approximately 200 nanometers to support uniform ingredient dispersion and improve base performance across a wide range of active types.

NanoBase™ helps reduce formulation friction by supporting ingredient stability, enhancing sensory feel, and providing a smooth glide for both oil- and water-soluble inputs. It can be customized for various product formats and is available in two pre-structured versions — Classic and Luxe — to support a range of textures and brand aesthetics.

Level 3 Manufacturing Services

Our upcoming lab will offer formulation, filling, and packaging capabilities designed for small-batch or production-scale fulfillment. The facility is being built to meet cGMP standards and is intended to be FDA-registered & FDACS once operational.

We support projects ranging from early-stage concept development to turnkey manufacturing. Until our lab is fully operational, formulation services are available for reservation only and will be fulfilled as soon as production capabilities go live sometime in the 3rd quarter of 2025.

Projects will be prioritized in the order deposits are received once lab services begin in the third quarter of 2025.
