Legacy HLB formulas rely on a single delivery interface, so every active has to share one compromise. NanoBase™ runs three coordinated nano-domains in parallel inside one lipid matrix, each suited to a different kind of active and a different job on the skin. Microbiome condition, skin type, and external environment are HLB questions and problems that don’t apply to formulas built on NanoBase™.

Lab development & validation

Bench development with DLS validation and an Accelerated Physicochemical Robustness Test (thermal cycling + centrifugation). Your first sample ships while robustness data accrues, so you can react quickly. We refine until it’s right.

Scale-up & handoff
