NanoBase™ Aroma.
NanoBase™ Aroma is the fragrance member of the NanoBase™ family, tuned to carry fragrance and sensory materials without unbalancing the tri-domain design. Three sub-lines are specified: Aroma Flex for water-based functional fragrance, Aroma Fine Fragrance for alcohol-based perfume, and Aroma Extend for consumer scent formats. All three are offered through the lab’s pilot program.

Fragrance materials are demanding guests.
Fragrance oils are volatile, often oil-loving and easy to unbalance in a water-based product, which is why conventional scented water formats lean on heavy solubiliser loads. NanoBase™ Aroma is tuned so fragrance and sensory materials can be carried in the tri-domain structure, placed by TDA Logic rather than forced into solution.

Oil-loving fragrance materials are assigned to the domain their chemistry favours instead of being forced into a single phase.
No HLB balancing act
The emulsification is built into the Architecture, so there is no emulsifier or solubiliser system to balance for each scent.
Water-based and alcohol-based
Flex covers water-based functional fragrance; Fine Fragrance is tuned separately for alcohol-based perfume.
Room temperature
Formulas are completed at room temperature on standard equipment, with no nano equipment downstream.

Which Aroma sub-line fits my product?
Water-based mists and body sprays usually start on Aroma Flex, alcohol-based perfume on Aroma Fine Fragrance, and everyday scented consumer products on Aroma Extend. Send the lab your brief and it will confirm.
What is the pilot program?
Brands and fragrance houses work directly with the lab on a first formula on one of the Aroma sub-lines before wider release. The scope is quoted in writing before any work starts.
Does NanoBase™ Aroma make a scent last longer?
NanoBase™ Aroma makes no claim of its own. Wear and longevity are properties of the finished fragrance and are tested and claimed by the brand on that formula.
Can my manufacturer fill it?
Yes. Formulas are completed at room temperature on standard cosmetic equipment and filled on the existing line.
